Terms & Conditions of Use

  1. Commit to using the football facilities at Tiber.
  2. Make payments for bookings as agreed with the Football Centre Manager and pay before you play by bacs payment.
  3. Appoint a single designated person to communicate with the Football Centre Manager for facility bookings and all issues relating to this Agreement.
  4. Ensure that all activities at Tiber are conducted in accordance with the high standards of Tiber.
  5. Ensure players and supporters respect the Tiber facilities and take all reasonable steps to maintain them in top class condition, complying fully with the site no smoking, no dogs and no chewing gum policies.
  6. Ensure players and supporters use the rubbish bins provided at all times and do not leave litter at the site.
  7. Ensure that all Managers, Coaches, Players and Officials are aware of and comply with the footwear policy (see Tiber 3G footwear rules document attached).
  8. Ensure players and supporters use the parking facilities provided without causing nuisance to neighbouring residences.
  9. Make sure that all coaches and volunteers have up to date DBS checks to work with young people.
  10. Ensure players and Coaches refrain from using foul or abusive language.
  11. Report any issues to the Football Centre Manager about the condition of pitches that would make them unsafe for players, or when use would cause excessive damage to playing surfaces.
